Please allow 2-3 weeks for your design to be created and posted.
Ready to Wear will be dispatched within 2-3 working days.
If you need your headpiece urgently please get in touch before placing your order. An additional 25% fee (non refundable) can reduce the turn around time from 2-3 weeks to 4-5 days.

UK Standard 2-4 working days - £6.50
Special Delivery 1-3 working days - £8.50
International Shipping
EU Standard 5-10 working days - £15.50
EU Express 2-6 working days - £28.50
Everywhere Else Standard 10-14 working days - £22.50
Everywhere Else Express 2-6 working days - £40.50
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Tilly Ellen is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of these delivery times, please contact us at tillyellen1993@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
